• Bulk trash pickup is on Wednesday.  Please call 561-967-1848 before 11 AM Tuesday so that a pickup can be scheduled.

Have a problem?  Follow these suggestions

• Office hours: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

• CALL 911 to report a fire, report a crime, or to save a life.

• Property Fire: Call 911 first, then call Condo Association Emergency number

• Flooding or water leaks: Gushing water can cause severe damage to the impacted area. YOU SHOULD FIRST TURN THE WATER OFF OUTSIDE. If not, a homeowner should call a plumber directly if the source is within their own unit. A plumber can often direct you on the source of the issue and shut the water off if necessary. The property manager should be informed of all leaks that occur in the common area.

• Leaking roof: While a leaking roof might be a problem, it may not be deemed an emergency unless there is a large influx of water. In a storm, a roof leak is likely not able to be fixed immediately. If it is not an emergency, leave a message on the office answering machine so they can schedule a roof inspection and have it fixed prior to becoming a bigger problem.

• Sprinkler System Issues: Contact office and leave a message if office is closed.

• Hurricane Preparation: Unit owners are responsible for securing their homes prior to any hurricane and severe storm events.
