This notice will serve to inform you that the Parking Program will begin implementation on June 15, 2024.
The original plan of towing unauthorized vehicles has been changed to a Booting Program due to the need to remain within the Board of Director’s approved budget for 2024.
Enforcement will be by South Florida Booting, Inc., which will patrol at night using a license recognition software, as well as Resident decals.
All residents who have completed a Parking Program Application will be registered.
Violators will find a boot placed on their vehicle which can only be removed with a payment of $77.00 CASH or $79.25 CREDIT CARD plus tax by the owner of the vehicle.
If the boot is not removed within 96 hours the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense. (PER: Palm Beach County Law)
The following rules and regulations will govern our “booting” procedure:
*No trucks, RVs, motorcycles, trailers, boats, or commercial vehicles can be parked overnight.
*Backing into parking spaces is not allowed.
*Vehicles must not block emergency access.
*Guests must register for a parking pass which is valid for no longer than 14 days.
*New residents must complete a parking application and arrange for a resident decal.
